About the position

The Information System Security Manager at TTM Technologies is responsible for overseeing the security of the company's information systems and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role involves developing, implementing, and enforcing security policies and procedures to protect data and systems from cyber threats, conducting risk assessments, and providing guidance on security best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement information security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of security controls to protect information systems and data.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation measures.
  • Monitor security incidents and coordinate response activities, including incident investigation and resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security requirements into the system development lifecycle processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies, trends, and threats to ensure proactive defense strategies.
  • Provide security awareness training and education to employees to promote a culture of security awareness.
  • Provide regular reports to management on the status of the information security program, including key metrics and improvements.
  • Develop system documentation for information system authorization, security management, and continuous monitoring.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or at least 5 years of experience.
  • Active SECRET Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
  • Advanced system administration experience in Windows (10) and Windows Server operating systems.
  • Advanced certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of information security standards, regulations, and best practices (e.g., NIST SP 800-53, NISPOM, RMF, DAAPM).
  • Strong understanding of network security, encryption, identity and access management, and risk management principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with risk management frameworks (RMF).
  • Knowledge of incident response and investigation techniques.
