The Multi-Function Information Systems Analyst at Lockheed Martin Space plays a crucial role in supporting multiple Space programs by assisting users with technical issues related to applications and IT connectivity. This position involves ensuring the security and management of Lockheed Martin assets, performing environmental vulnerability scans, and remediating vulnerabilities to maintain system integrity. The role requires an active Secret clearance and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance, emphasizing the importance of security in this position.

Responsibilities

• Assist users with resolving technical issues related to applications and connectivity.
• Perform environmental vulnerability scans and remediation of vulnerabilities.
• Ensure proper management and control of Lockheed Martin assets and software.
• Support Information Assurance initiatives.
• Conduct system hardening and security management activities.

Requirements

• Active DOD Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• Security+ certification (or other DoD 8570 Compliant Certification).
• Knowledge of Linux/UNIX Server Administration.
• Familiarity with Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) processes.
• Experience with software application installation and vulnerability remediation.

Nice-to-haves

• Scripting skills to automate tasks on servers (Perl, Bash, PowerShell).
• Familiarity with storage solutions (direct attached, NAS, SAN).
• Experience with Windows Server Operating Systems.
• Knowledge of Active Directory (AD).
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware or HyperV).
