About the position
The Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) at CACI plays a crucial role in supporting the engineering, operations, and tech refresh contract for Enterprise IT capabilities within the Intelligence Community. This position involves ensuring compliance with various U.S. Government Information Assurance (IA) requirements, preparing necessary documentation, and collaborating with other security disciplines to maintain agency-wide capabilities on a global scale.
Responsibilities
- Support Engineering and Operations network solutions and adherence to the Information Assurance (IA) program as per U.S. Government requirements.
- Prepare Assessment and Authorization (A&A) documents and procedures.
- Interface with other IA team members and security disciplines such as industrial security and physical security.
- Ensure compliance with DoD 8140 and other required certifications/training for the role.
Requirements
- Progressively responsible information assurance experience in ICD 503 certification and accreditation.
- Compliance with DoD 8140 and required technical and security training for cybersecurity duties.
- Certifications and/or hands-on technical experience in assigned technology areas.
- Familiarity with NIST Special Publications and Risk Management Framework.
