Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot classroom audiovisual and computing equipment.
- Provide technical support for staff and faculty enterprise applications.
- Perform proactive maintenance and research on technology used at the college.
- Install, configure, and maintain campus-specific software and services.
- Collaborate with college employees and the Regional Helpdesk Manager on IT plans and policy development.
Requirements
- Advanced technical knowledge of user and server hardware and software.
- Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) environments.
- Ability to perform complex technical support functions.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills in a technical context.
