The One 23 Group, a Virginia-based Government Contractor, seeks an Information Technology Analyst local to the Washington, DC Metropolitan area.

Responsibilities

• Understand business and technology needs and leverage technical solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Implement functional and cost-efficient IT systems.
• Gather feedback from end users about system performance.
• Develop and analyze functional specifications.
• Plan and oversee projects such as upgrades and hardware/software installations.
• Coordinate developers to build and implement technology solutions.
• Integrate multiple systems and reconcile needs of different teams.
• Prioritize user requirements, oversee system upgrades, and research new tools appropriate to cleared environments.
• Design, analyze, and implement efficient IT systems within cleared environments.
• Gather feedback from end users to continue improving systems.
• Provide advice and technical training.

Requirements

• 10+ years of related field or work experience.
• Proven experience as an IT analyst, IT consultant, or similar role.
• Experience in project management.
• Knowledge of databases, system security, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of business practices.
• Active TS/SCI clearance (required).
