About the position
The Ocean County Utilities Authority is looking for an Information Technology Analyst to join their Information Services Department. This role is essential for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of various computing systems and devices within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Installation, assembly, configuration, and support of personal computers, laptops, mobile devices, servers, and related computing system hardware.
- Software installation and configuration.
- Resolution of software conflicts.
- Network and cybersecurity monitoring.
- Cybersecurity awareness training.
- End-user help desk support.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in computer science or a related discipline.
- Experience in the field may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis (1 year of experience for 30 semester hour credits).
- Experience with Microsoft products such as Windows, Server, Active Directory, Office, Exchange, and SQL Server is preferred.
- Good communication skills.
