About the position
Under the general supervision of the Information Technology Manager I, the Information Technology Associate (IT Associate) is responsible for supporting the Office of Tax Appeals (OTA) client services. Support critical applications; mobile systems, data communications, and other information technology (IT) domains. As a member of the OTA Information Technology Section, the incumbent will be responsible for supporting, documenting, and reporting on infrastructure and communications systems.
Responsibilities
- Support critical applications and mobile systems.
- Assist in data communications and other IT domains.
- Document and report on infrastructure and communications systems.
Requirements
- Must meet the minimum qualifications for the Information Technology Associate classification.
- Certification (reachable) list eligibility, transfer eligibility, Limited Examination and Appointment Program (LEAP) eligibility, reinstatement rights, and/or State Restriction of Appointments (SROA) eligibility.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve PC and laptop software and hardware issues.
