About the position

The Information Technology - ERP Consultant - Oracle role at Mastech Digital involves leading Oracle fusion implementations, specifically focusing on the Acquire to Retire and Projects to Results workstreams. The consultant will work closely with clients to design and configure Oracle applications, ensuring that business processes are effectively transformed. This position requires a strong background in Oracle Financials and Cloud Financials, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and support to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Acquire to Retire and Projects to Results workstream for an Oracle fusion implementation.
• Design the Acquire to Retire and Projects to Results processes.
• Guide clients in understanding leading business processes to transform their operations with Oracle.
• Lead, coach, and advise a small project team.
• Provide clients with design options using prototypes.
• Set up, document, and test the Oracle system, understanding Oracle methodologies.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to realize the future state design.
• Configure application settings for Projects modules.
• Set up Sub-Ledger Accounting (SLA) rules and approval workflows for Projects.
• Define functional specifications for conversions, integrations, reports, and testing.
• Support and lead workshops and application demos, capturing requirements and delivering on time.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in Oracle Financials, specifically Cloud Financials.
• At least 3 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.
• Experience managing full life-cycle projects or the Acquire to Retire and Projects to Results track for large implementations.
• Functional expertise in implementing Oracle ERP Cloud modules, including facilitating global design workshops and business process analysis.
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP Cloud product suite, providing implementation support and customer assistance.

• Experience with Oracle Projects and Oracle Fixed Assets.
