Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and various IT systems
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Troubleshoot IT issues including desktop support, network connectivity, and software problems
  • Manage computer systems, including firewall and security settings
  • Assist with computer networking tasks and TCP/IP configurations
  • Deliver IT support to ensure smooth operations within the organization
  • Conduct computer management tasks such as updates, backups, and system maintenance

Requirements

  • Education: Graduate of a school for business, computers, or related field
  • Experience: Six months experience in customer service within an IT environment. A combination of formal education and/or experience is acceptable.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Windows OS, Mac OS, and desktop support
  • Strong knowledge of IT support principles and practices
  • Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols, computer applications and computer networking
  • Ability to handle technical support inquiries efficiently
  • Knowledge of Office applications for troubleshooting and user assistance
