About the position

The IT Operations Manager at DELSEY is responsible for directing all IT operations, ensuring optimal service delivery and security in line with user expectations and best practices. This role involves managing the IT infrastructure, overseeing helpdesk and network/system administration, and ensuring the operational health of the information systems. The manager will implement technical standards, provide user support, and maintain effective communication with various stakeholders to achieve the company's technical infrastructure strategy.

Responsibilities

• Direct all IT operations and ensure service delivery and security.
• Implement and maintain a stable infrastructure to support business activities.
• Provide technical support to users (levels 1 to 3) as needed.
• Document IT processes and activities.
• Oversee helpdesk, network, and system administration functions.
• Manage IT incidents, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Coordinate crisis situations and communicate necessary information for activity management.
• Act as the main point of contact for IT projects and ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Manage access to IT resources and ensure data security.
• Conduct risk assessments and propose necessary actions to manage security risks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT operations or management.
• Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft SQL Server, and Windows.
• Strong knowledge of LAN, firewall, DHCP, WDS, and ITIL practices.
• Experience with VMware, Microsoft Intune, and Active Directory.
• General knowledge of computer security and various IT solutions.
• Ability to manage activities in an international and multicultural context.

Nice-to-haves

• Business knowledge of the Retail sector and warehouse management.
• Experience with Business Central and Korber.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices.
