About the position

This hybrid consulting position at Nuseed involves managing the end-to-end delivery of multiple, simultaneous IT projects that are highly integrated and aligned with the company's strategic goals. The role requires collaboration with project sponsors and stakeholders to ensure successful project initiation, delivery, monitoring, and reporting, while adhering to IT project governance and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent application of IT project governance and compliance processes across assigned projects.
• Prepare project budgets and attain required approvals.
• Manage individual project budgets, establishing project profitability and managing financial aspects to achieve ROI.
• Oversee project integration activities, including outsourced work and enterprise architecture integration.
• Support and engage project teams to enhance organizational project capabilities.
• Conduct project 'health checks' to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and project management methodologies.
• Perform post-implementation reviews to assess benefits realization and alignment with corporate strategy.
• Provide input to the Global project team in formulating the organization's overall IT strategy.
• Manage teams of project employees on medium-sized infrastructure projects in a complex technical environment.
• Control project design and planning activities associated with assigned projects.
• Define, source, and manage necessary project resources and timelines.
• Manage issues, risks, dependencies, and changes in scope for infrastructure projects.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through effective stakeholder management.
• Develop and manage vendor contracts and agreements related to projects.

Requirements

• Ten plus (10+) years of general project management experience in IT project delivery.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
• Successful track record of delivering regional and global IT projects of scale and complexity.
• Knowledge and comfort utilizing project management software.
• Background in Grains or Oils organizations is desirable.
