About the position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and strong knowledge of ServiceNow, SAM Pro (Software Asset Management), and HAM Pro (Hardware Asset Management). The ideal candidate will lead ITAM-related projects, ensuring the efficient implementation, optimization, and operation of asset management solutions to drive business value and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT asset management projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Oversee the configuration, deployment, and optimization of SAM Pro and HAM Pro modules within ServiceNow.
• Develop and implement ITAM strategies, policies, and procedures that align with business goals and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure proper integration of asset management solutions.
• Manage the lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.
• Monitor software license compliance, usage, and renewal processes to reduce risks and optimize costs.
• Provide guidance and training to stakeholders on ITAM best practices, tools, and processes.
• Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure data accuracy, proper asset tracking, and reporting.
• Generate and present regular status reports, metrics, and dashboards to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT Asset Management or related IT disciplines.
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow ITAM suite, including SAM Pro and HAM Pro modules.
• Strong knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management and best practices.
• Financial Services experience.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and processes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Nice-to-haves

• Certifications in ServiceNow SAM Pro or HAM Pro.
• Experience with other asset management tools or ERP systems.
• Understanding of software licensing models and agreements (e.g., Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
