About the position

As an Information Technology Project Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of advanced digital solutions that support national security objectives. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of project management tasks, from client engagement to business development, ensuring that project goals align with client missions. You will lead a team in a dynamic environment, guiding the Agile development of project roadmaps, establishing milestones, and implementing metrics to track progress. Your leadership will be crucial in bringing together diverse teams to achieve tangible outcomes in a fast-paced setting. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience—over 15 years managing complex IT projects in both classified and unclassified environments. You will be responsible for conducting thorough research and preparing for technology deployments, ensuring adherence to security measures, and managing system resources effectively. Your expertise will also extend to providing technical assessments of emerging technologies and vendor solutions, ensuring that the projects you oversee are equipped with the best possible tools and strategies. You will be expected to bring a strategic vision to the table, utilizing your knowledge of mission requirements and emerging technologies to develop innovative solutions. Your ability to lead full-spectrum cyberspace operations, both domestically and internationally, will be essential in meeting the needs of various Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) customers. This position requires a TS/SCI clearance and a Master's degree, underscoring the high level of responsibility and expertise required for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of advanced digital solutions in support of national security.
  • Guide the Agile development of project roadmaps and establish project milestones.
  • Implement metrics to track project progress and ensure alignment with client goals.
  • Conduct research and prepare for technology deployments, ensuring adherence to security measures.
  • Manage system resources and provide technical assessments of emerging technologies and vendor solutions.
  • Lead full-spectrum cyberspace operations in both CONUS and OCONUS locations.
  • Bring strategic vision and subject matter expertise for technology research and alternatives analysis.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience managing and leading teams supporting complex IT projects in classified and unclassified environments.
  • 7+ years of experience in technology deployment, security measures adherence, and system resource management.
  • Knowledge of mission requirements, emerging technology, and threat analysis.
  • Ability to lead and manage full spectrum cyberspace operations.
  • TS/SCI clearance is required.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
