CIE Tours is seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of various technical projects. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft BI, Salesforce, Zendesk, and Drupal CMS, along with a robust background in managing diverse technical projects. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for project support for system implementations, integrations, major upgrades, and infrastructure improvements. The position involves providing project support from initiation through completion, developing and enforcing detailed project plans that include scope, schedule, resources, and deliverables. The IT Project Manager will implement and sustain a standardized project management methodology across CIE Tours to enhance consistency, efficiency, and best practices. Coordination of cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project milestones and objectives is essential, as is the preparation and delivery of regular updates, status reports, and presentations to stakeholders. In addition to project management, the role includes overseeing projects related to technology systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical specifications. The IT Project Manager will manage desktop, server, and network upgrades and changes, minimizing disruption to business operations while evaluating risks to provide effective solutions. Ensuring that all technical projects comply with security standards and industry regulations is also a key responsibility, requiring collaboration with IT security teams to address and resolve security concerns. The IT Project Manager will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Monitoring and reporting on project performance metrics, and taking corrective actions as needed to address any issues, will be part of the role's responsibilities.
