We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in SAP Payroll Implementation to join our team. This position requires a US Citizen or Green Card Holder and involves a hybrid work model, with four days onsite and one day remote each week. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing project execution and ensuring that all project management processes are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle. You will be a key collaborator with the Project Owner and Leads, providing overall project management support and ensuring that the PMO processes and playbook established by the project are followed diligently. In this role, you will be responsible for promptly escalating issues and critical risks to project leadership, ensuring that all key dependencies and decisions are communicated effectively with other project managers under the program. You will also be tasked with generating and communicating project updates both internally and externally as required. Monitoring and managing project financials will be a critical aspect of your responsibilities, and you will report these financials to project leadership accordingly. Your ability to coordinate and communicate effectively will be essential to the success of the project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex implementations, particularly in the SAP and ERP domains. You should possess a PMP certification and have at least 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing waterfall projects. Strong experience in business and technical requirement development, process workflow design, use case and test script design, and proficiency in using MS Project are essential for this role. Additionally, experience with payroll implementations and payroll policies/processes is strongly preferred, as is experience with SAP/ERP integrations and implementations, particularly in the oil and gas sector.
