The IT Security Analyst is responsible for enforcing and auditing security policies and procedures to protect the integrity and access to enterprise systems, files, and data. This hybrid position requires specialized knowledge in security access management and data protection methods, as well as the ability to conduct risk assessments and provide security briefings to management. The role also involves monitoring security alerts and providing training to employees on security awareness.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the enforcement and audit of security policies and procedures.
- Provide management with risk assessments and security briefings.
- Monitor security alerts, notices, reports, and logs.
- Recognize and identify areas for improvement in data security policies.
- Provide solutions and support to protect sensitive corporate data assets.
- Conduct security awareness training for employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 1-5 years of equivalent experience.
- Advanced level certifications in key focus areas desired.
