Requirements

  • Experience in Information Technology (IT) demonstrating attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Specialized experience at the GS-5 level or higher in an IT field, including tasks such as interviewing personnel, operating computer consoles, and preparing documentation.
  • Education in computer science or related fields may substitute for experience.

Nice-to-haves
