About the position
Perform work associated with analysis, design, implementation, operation, deployment, and support of the organization's information technology resources (including computer hardware, operating systems, communications, software applications, data processing and security), and software/database products by internal staff, outsourcing staff, outside vendors or consultants. Activities include implementing/supporting information technology strategies, policies and plans; maintenance and use of information technology resources; training and supporting technology users; operations and site acquisition; developing PC, online; and internet product management & operations.
Responsibilities
- Designs, develops, implements and oversees information technology (IT) solutions including hardware and software.
- Implements short- and long-term IT solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
- Installs, configures, administers, upgrades and maintains security for IT hardware, software and network infrastructure.
- Support and provide input for information technology strategies, policies and plans, maintenance and use of information technology resources.
- Support Customer requests for new equipment installations and departmental moves.
- Train and support technology users.
- Support operational processes and site acquisition and growth projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2 years of relevant work experience.
