About the position

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is a family owned, regional Bottler serving portions of Colorado, Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming. The IT Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining and optimizing end-user workstations, network performance, and company-supported applications across a primarily Microsoft Windows-based local area network (LAN). This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, supporting production equipment, and ensuring secure and efficient IT operations. Additionally, this position will require 20–30% travel to other company locations for on-site support, system installations, and training.

Responsibilities

  • Administer end-user workstations and support end-user activities utilizing TCP/IP on a primarily Microsoft Windows-based LAN.
  • Install, configure, and maintain personal computers, networking equipment, production IT systems, and peripheral devices.
  • Investigate and resolve user issues with hardware, software, networking, and production-related IT systems.
  • Implement security measures, manage firewall configurations, and ensure data integrity.
  • Support and troubleshoot IT systems related to manufacturing equipment, including system integrations and connectivity.
  • Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and provide troubleshooting for VoIP phone systems to ensure secure and efficient IT operations.
  • Provide training and technical guidance to staff for optimized use of IT resources.
  • Maintain hardware/software inventories, licensing records, and system documentation.
  • Assist other departments as needed, ensuring seamless IT operations across all company locations.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree (A.A.) and two years of related experience, OR four years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience supporting production environments preferred.
  • PLC/Industrial control network experience is a plus.
