About the position

At Ensono, we are on a mission to empower our clients to achieve key business outcomes that reshape how our world runs. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to lead the development and configuration of our ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) platform. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and communicating the product vision and strategy for ServiceNow ITOM, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. You will create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, reflecting the product roadmap and stakeholder requirements. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with stakeholders, including IT, business units, and external partners, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with the product vision. As a Product Owner, you will lead the development team in the design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow ITOM modules, ensuring high-quality deliverables. You will facilitate sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure efficient and effective development cycles. Writing clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring they are well understood by the development team. Additionally, you will collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and validation of new features and configurations. Your role is crucial in driving the success of our ITOM platform and enabling our clients to do great things.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for ServiceNow ITOM, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
  • Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the product roadmap and stakeholder requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including IT, business units, and external partners, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with the product vision.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role
  • Strong understanding of Information Technology systems
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM module.
