The Information Technology Technical Lead - SAP HANA is responsible for providing technical leadership and determining the direction for the IT architecture, standards, design, and implementation approaches for the company's application systems, infrastructure, and network-based cloud product systems. This role involves creating, evaluating, and implementing plans and design proposals for high-impact IT solutions that utilize leading-edge technologies and methods. The successful candidate will need to consider key factors such as long-term effectiveness, practicality, technical limitations, and criticality in their solutions. This is an expert-level role requiring independent action to establish methods and procedures on new and/or special assignments. The position requires a deep understanding of Jabil's business and IT strategies, as well as the ability to define overall solution architecture consistent with Jabil's methodology. The Technical Lead will be responsible for the technical solution by providing leadership for customers, project managers, domain architects, domain specialists, and application engineers to advance and deliver solutions. The role also involves consulting and informing Enterprise Architects and Senior IT Architects to design and deliver solutions, ensuring that non-functional requirements such as security, disaster recovery, availability, and performance are satisfied. Additionally, the Technical Lead will research technology and industry trends to maintain both personal and Jabil's competitive edge, validate solutions through modeling or prototyping, and mentor IT professionals.
