About the position
The A/V Engineer will be responsible for setting up and maintaining AV equipment, particularly in Microsoft Teams conference rooms, at the Salisbury Corporate Offices. This role requires a team player who can resolve AV/Teams issues and provide technical support in a fast-paced environment. The position is a contract role lasting over 6 months, with the possibility of extension, and involves both onsite and occasional remote work.
Responsibilities
- Set up MS Teams conference rooms for groups.
- Resolve AV/Teams issues as needed.
- Set onsite AV environments for in-person meetings.
- Provide technical support for Microsoft Teams Rooms technology and AV equipment.
- Plan and engineer the organization's systems infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an AV Engineer setting up AV Equipment.
- Experience standing up a MS Teams room and resolving AV/Teams issues.
- AV Programming experience specifically with Q-SYS/Crestron.
- Team Lead/Project Management experience.
- Strong organizational skills and task-oriented focus.
