About the position

The Infrastructure Business Analyst is responsible for receiving, processing, and presenting data related to the client's weekly Service Requests, specifically in the area of Infrastructure Service Requests. This role involves gathering business and technical requirements during client kick-off meetings, consulting with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on integrated projects across various telecommunication services, and managing multiple projects based on agency assignments. The analyst will facilitate meetings to gather requirements, identify impacted business processes, and determine the best integration of IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and present data regarding the client's weekly Service Requests.
• Gather business and technical requirements during client kick-off meetings.
• Consult with SMEs on tasks required for integrated projects in telecommunication services.
• Manage multiple projects based on agency assignments.
• Facilitate meetings with clients to gather requirements for IT solutions.
• Identify impacted business processes and determine best process and IT solution integration.
• Obtain and report business and technical requirements.
• Facilitate review sessions to discuss projects.
• Disseminate information effectively to technical teams, customers, and managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in a Telecommunications environment is required.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in a large Enterprise setting is required.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience with multiple network platforms is required.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience with multiple network lines of service is required.
• Minimum 5+ years dealing with customers is required.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience with Remedy is required.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience with Microsoft Project and Excel is required.
• Previous experience working with multiple agencies and/or vendors in an enterprise environment is required.
• Organization and prioritization skills are mandatory.
• Communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.

Nice-to-haves

• Minimum 1-3 years experience with Clarity is preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience with DevOps is preferred.
