About The Position
The Infrastructure Business Analyst is responsible for receiving, processing, and presenting data related to the client's weekly Service Requests, specifically in the area of Infrastructure Service Requests. This role involves gathering business and technical requirements during client kick-off meetings, consulting with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on integrated projects across various telecommunication services, and managing multiple projects based on agency assignments. The analyst will facilitate meetings to gather requirements, identify impacted business processes, and determine the best integration of IT solutions.
