The Infrastructure Business Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of pilot projects related to the migration of systems and processes within the organization. This position requires a self-starter who can define the scope and nature of various pilots, ensuring effective communication with pilot users and setting clear expectations. The analyst will work closely with the UX team to create messages and determine the timing of communications directed at end users, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process. A significant part of the role involves collaboration with IT teams across all locations to define their schedules within the Master Migration Schedule. The analyst will need to assess the limits and capacities for nightly migrations, taking into account network and support limits. They will also be responsible for communicating general scope parameters for batch creation to internal teams and coordinating with local IT to address any exceptions or issues that arise during the migration process. The analyst will take a strategic approach to VIP migrations, ensuring that both operational and other VIPs are handled with care. Participation in Quarterly IT Shop Win11 Meetings and Monthly Q&A Sessions facilitated by the central IT team is also expected, providing an opportunity to share insights and gather feedback on ongoing projects. The role demands a careful and methodical approach to documentation, including business, functional, and technical requirements, as well as use and test cases to ensure traceability and compliance with established standards.
