About the position
The Infrastructure & Capital Projects - Kahua/Procore Consultant role at Accenture focuses on supporting digital transformation in capital projects, engineering, and manufacturing. The position is integral to the Industry X team, which aims to embed innovation and sustainability in manufacturing processes. The consultant will work closely with clients to implement project management and control systems, ensuring effective delivery and adoption of digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support strategies for growth and value creation within Industry X.
- Champion integrated workforce solutions, tools, and platforms.
- Assist clients in adopting new digital processes and tools, infusing project controls best practices.
- Collaborate with engagement teams to build strategies, capabilities, systems, and processes for delivering results.
- Break down processes into logical components and construct clear reasoning and analyses.
- Translate strategic initiatives into business solutions.
- Work within an agile delivery environment.
- Interface with various stakeholders including Engineering, Project Controls, Project Management, and clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of practical Project Control and Management Systems implementation experience on Capital Projects, specifically for Kahua or Procore.
- Minimum 2 years experience with Project Control and Management system work processes including governance, cost, contract, and schedule functional areas.
- Minimum 2 years experience in gathering, interpreting, and translating business and system requirements.
