About the position

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Infrastructure/DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, capable of quickly integrating into the team and producing results. You will be responsible for leveraging your knowledge in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, automated testing, and deployment pipelines to enhance our operations. This role is critical in ensuring that our infrastructure is robust, scalable, and efficient, allowing us to meet the demands of our clients and projects effectively. As an Infrastructure/DevOps Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions, primarily using AWS. Your expertise in Kubernetes clusters will be essential for managing containerized applications, ensuring high availability and performance. You will also be tasked with automating processes using tools like Terraform and Ansible, which will help streamline our deployment pipelines and improve our CI/CD practices. In addition to your technical skills, we value soft skills such as being proactive, a quick learner, and results-oriented. You will be expected to collaborate with team members, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive team environment. This is a fully on-site position located in Aurora, Colorado, where you will enjoy a casual dress code while working in a fast-paced and innovative atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage knowledge in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to enhance operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in DevOps practices and methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes clusters and containerization.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
  • Proficiency in automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and deployment pipelines.
  • Ability to conduct automated testing.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with security clearance, specifically TS/SCI.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
