Responsibilities

• Work in a regulatory space focused on capture and archival of eCommunication (eMail, Instant Messaging/Chat, SMS Text, etc.)
• Implement products such as Smarsh/Vantage, ZL, and ThetaLake, along with other regulatory archive and surveillance tools.
• Utilize Microsoft Azure and automate processes using APIs.
• Perform data analytics using multiple data sources.
• Write change, implementation, and testing documentation.

Requirements

• Experience with eCommunication tools such as eMail, Instant Messaging/Chat, SMS Text, etc.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, and Zoom.
• Experience with regulatory archive and surveillance tools.
