About The Position
The position involves providing technical expertise to manage enterprise infrastructure technologies within the CDO Technologies team. The role focuses on troubleshooting, configuring, and documenting ITIL incidents related to network infrastructure, including OSI Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching, Cisco routers and switches, and VPN appliances. The contractor will support infrastructure operations primarily on the first shift, ensuring effective management of routing and switching across multiple data centers.
