About the position

The Infrastructure IT Project Manager will lead small to medium-sized IT projects with low to moderate complexity, ensuring timely completion and quality deliverables. This role involves assembling project teams, managing costs and schedules, and overseeing project deliverables while maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leading one or more small to medium-sized IT projects with low to moderate complexity.
• Assembling project teams, assigning individual tasks, identifying necessary resources, and developing schedules for timely project completion.
• Managing costs, schedules, and quality by overseeing project deliverables.
• Constantly reviewing project status and identifying potential project risks.
• Managing client, company, and project team expectations by obtaining, providing, and monitoring project metrics.
• Overseeing assigned personnel for projects and providing direction regarding timeliness and completion of project objectives.
• Driving the project to ensure that critical issues are identified, resolved, or escalated to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience; 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Experience with the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK); certification is preferred.
• Experience working with delivery assurance principles and relevant procedures.
• Experience in IT system implementations and/or system maintenance activities.
• Knowledge and certification of ITIL methodology is preferred.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.

Nice-to-haves
