About the position

The Infrastructure Manager will oversee large and complex infrastructure projects, particularly those related to security and applications. This role requires strong project management skills, particularly in IT governance and methodologies, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. The position is contract-based and offers a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage large complex infrastructure projects related to security and applications.
• Oversee directory services and configuration management projects.
• Develop and execute IT governance, project methodologies, procedures, and processes.
• Build and lead motivated, collaborative, and productive cross-functional teams.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and influence team performance toward common goals.
• Utilize strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to complex subjects.

Requirements

• Project Management experience managing large complex projects in infrastructure.
• PMP Certification.
• Experience managing directory services and configuration management projects.
• Experience managing security-related infrastructure and applications.
• Extensive experience in developing and executing IT governance and project methodologies.
• Proven ability to build and lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving abilities.

Nice-to-haves

• NERC CIP project experience is highly desirable.
