About the position

The Infrastructure Operations Manager will lead a team of Datacenter and Network Engineers, ensuring high-quality technical support and exceptional customer satisfaction. This role involves overseeing daily operations, developing secure and resilient network infrastructure, and collaborating across departments to implement innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, with a focus on assessing technology needs and executing internal projects seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Datacenter and Network Engineers, ensuring high-quality technical support and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily operations, including workflow analysis, priority setting, and deadline management.
• Develop and manage network and infrastructure resources to ensure data security, strategic computing, and disaster recovery.
• Assess technology needs, recommend upgrades, and review internal change requests before implementation.
• Foster collaboration across departments, provide regular feedback to the team, and drive the implementation of innovative technology and processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in network and infrastructure management.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Routers and Switches, Aruba, Fortinet, LAN, WAN, and Juniper.
• CCNA and CCNP certifications.
