About the position

The Infrastructure Portfolio Manager at Citi is responsible for facilitating communication between business users and technology teams, ensuring that infrastructure requests align with strategic design requirements. This role focuses on continuous improvement of business performance through effective management of technology resources, risk mitigation, and budgetary tracking. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage complex issues and foster collaboration across multiple teams and locations.

Responsibilities

• Engagement with application clients and technology support teams to ensure transparency and seamless execution of tasks.
• Prioritize infrastructure requests and ensure alignment with strategic design requirements and engineering best practices.
• Understand existing infrastructure technology including Cloud Services, Infrastructure Virtualization, Containers, and more.
• Shape and adopt the strategic technology roadmap.
• Identify and mitigate technical and business risks.
• Budgetary tracking and cost-reduction optimization.
• Ensure execution of Information Security directives in alignment with Citi's data security policy.
• Provide senior executive reporting and manage relationships across multiple activities and changing priorities.
• Demonstrate accountability and leadership in a multi-location environment.
• Provide advice related to technology or operations and filter complex information from multiple sources.
• Exhibit sound communication and diplomacy skills to exchange complex information.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis.
• Proven ability to manage complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in roles centered around infrastructure delivery with a track record of operational process change.
