About the position

Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans for infrastructure projects, including business cases, scope, timeline, and budgets, while ensuring project requirements and deliverables are clearly defined and communicated.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project outcomes and goals, and provide regular status reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify roadblocks, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Collect and identify project risks, assisting in mitigation activities to minimize potential impacts on project outcomes.
  • Drive a culture of accountability around delivery dates and ensure that all team members understand their responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with program management to define the level of detail required to deliver infrastructure projects in an agile manner.
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to report on infrastructure projects and interface with vendors and partners to implement effective infrastructure solutions.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or higher, preferably in an IT, CS, or MIS field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management for infrastructure projects.
  • Proven experience developing reporting, metrics, and status reports for IT and business consumption.
  • Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects and demonstrating problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead project teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
