About the position

The Infrastructure Project Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is responsible for leading internal infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet scope, time, budget, and quality expectations. This role involves managing corporate and third-party vendor efforts to implement solutions that align with business and infrastructure goals. The position requires a unique mastery of project management principles and the ability to operate in complex environments, contributing to the company's long-term objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal infrastructure projects with a focus on budget, strategy, and transformation.
• Oversee project financials, ensuring reliable reporting and forecasts to management.
• Build and maintain complex relationships with senior and executive stakeholders.
• Lead a project team of over 20 members from multiple regions, providing mentorship and performance reviews.
• Develop strategies and set functional policies to achieve project objectives.

Requirements

• First Level University degree; Advanced University degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in project management or related roles.
• PMP Certification is required.
• In-depth knowledge of project management policies, processes, and methodologies.
• Foundational understanding of technical disciplines such as networking, compute, storage, or data center capacity delivery.
