The Infrastructure Support - SW position is focused on providing technical support and maintenance for software infrastructure, primarily utilizing Linux systems. The role requires proficiency in various Linux distributions, particularly Ubuntu, and involves working with command-line tools, shell scripting, and Go programming. The candidate will also engage with continuous integration systems and configuration management, ensuring efficient software deployment and operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for software infrastructure.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Linux systems, particularly Ubuntu.
- Utilize command-line tools and shell scripting for system management.
- Read, write, and debug Go code as part of software development and maintenance.
- Work with continuous integration systems, ideally Github Actions, to streamline deployment processes.
- Manage configuration settings and ensure system reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure support or related field.
- Proficiency in Linux, especially Ubuntu distributions.
- Strong understanding of command-line tools and shell scripting.
- 3+ years of experience in reading, writing, and debugging Go code.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Experience with continuous integration systems and concepts.
