Responsibilities
- Provide onsite infrastructure support for hardware and software systems.
- Perform troubleshooting for software issues and hardware recovery procedures.
- Manage and monitor software RAID arrays using mdadm on Linux systems.
- Conduct routine checks and maintenance on rack-mounted systems, including power management and firmware updates.
- Implement basic security practices, including firewall management and VPN configuration.
- Design resilient and maintainable hardware systems.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software troubleshooting and infrastructure support.
- Proficiency in various Linux distributions, including Ubuntu and CentOS.
- Experience with RAID levels and hardware recovery procedures.
- Familiarity with gRPC and GraphQL for service communication and API design.
- Experience with storage solutions on Linux via USB, SATA, and PCIe.
- Strong communication skills.
