About the position

As a key member of the Service Desk Support organization, the Infrastructure Systems Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the reservations and revenue management systems at Marriott International. This position involves providing technical support and assistance to users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally. The analyst will work closely with various departments to understand their needs and provide solutions that enhance operational efficiency. The role requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff. The Infrastructure Systems Analyst will also be responsible for documenting processes, creating user guides, and training staff on new systems and updates. This position is essential for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for reservations and revenue management systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to system functionality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a hospitality or service environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and support processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with reservations and revenue management systems.
  • Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish or Vietnamese.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
