About The Position
Soleo Health is seeking a Full-time Infusion Nurse to support our infusion patients in the surrounding areas of Macomb County, MI, Shelby Township, MI, and Clinton Township, MI. Join us in Simplifying Complex Care! The Infusion Nurse provides primary patient care for specifically assigned patients to include assessments, care planning, evaluation and education of patients receiving infusion therapy and/or other nursing services in accordance with the care matrices and best practices in the home or alternate site setting.
