About the position

We are seeking a creative and versatile In-House Graphic Designer to join our team! As our Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in crafting visually compelling content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our audience. Your responsibilities will span from designing marketing materials to developing high-quality educational resources, including courses and training materials that drive the success of our coaches and clients in the real estate industry. In addition to your design work, you will help manage our social media presence, ensuring that our content is consistent, engaging, and effectively communicates our brand's message across platforms. You'll collaborate closely with our team to create engaging materials for our coaching programs, social media, email campaigns, and more. This role is hybrid, with in-office days on Monday, Thursday, and Friday and remote work on Tuesday and Wednesday. Responsibilities

  • Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, social media graphics, email templates, and website assets.
  • Collaborate with the team to create visually appealing presentations and resources for our coaching programs.
  • Develop branding elements and ensure consistency across all visual content.
  • Manage and curate content for our social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Create and schedule posts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
  • Develop high-quality educational materials, such as courses, training modules, and scripts for our coaching programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and incorporate them into our content strategy.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Experience in social media management, including content creation and scheduling.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and concise visual content.
