About The Position
The Initiative Project Leader at CarelonRx will be responsible for analyzing and improving end-to-end processes within the PBM Claims Adjudication operations. This role involves leading initiatives from assessment to implementation, ensuring sustainability of process improvements, and building consensus across various organizational areas. The position requires a strategic approach to identify and resolve high-priority business issues and develop new enterprise processes and practices.
