About the position
The Injection Molding Machine Operator is responsible for operating injection molding machines to produce molded parts. This role involves monitoring the quality of parts, maintaining cycle times, and ensuring a clean work environment while adhering to safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Operate injection molding machines by removing parts as needed.
- Monitor the quality of parts produced.
- Maintain established cycle times for the machine.
- Verify that parts meet acceptable quality standards.
- Notify supervision of any problems encountered during production.
- Follow established production instructions accurately.
- Maintain a clean work environment at all times.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Some manufacturing experience preferred.
- Good eyesight and motor skills are essential.
- Basic math skills and good reading ability are required.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to adapt.
- Good judgment and ability to follow directions are necessary.
- Ability to work under high stress levels.

- Experience in plastics injection molding is preferred.
