About The Position

As an Injection Molding Setup Operator on the 1st Shift, you will be responsible for the efficient setup, maintenance, and operation of injection molding machinery. This role involves installing and removing molds, maintaining molds and plasticizing screws, and ensuring smooth operation of the machinery to support production processes.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical skills and background in mechanical systems.
• 1 to 5 years of experience or equivalent training in injection molding.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality parts production.
• Problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication and documentation.
• Adaptability to learn new skills and handle various tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient setup and operation of injection molding machinery.
• Install and remove molds as required.
• Maintain molds and plasticizing screws to ensure optimal performance.
