Responsibilities

• Develop a product management framework leveraging data-driven insights, AI, and predictive analysis.
• Guide department leaders and product owners in refining and enhancing existing products and services.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI solutions to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify product management priorities and investments.
• Translate complex projects into manageable tasks aligned with strategic objectives.
• Stay updated on digital marketing, AI technologies, and industry trends.
• Analyze performance data and customer sentiment to create innovative solutions.
• Develop a product roadmap addressing customer needs and business objectives.
• Spearhead the invention of new AI-driven products and services.
• Work with cross-functional teams to prototype, test, and develop AI-enhanced offerings.
• Utilize rapid prototyping and iterative testing to validate new product ideas.
• Drive excitement for AI initiatives and foster a culture of AI-driven decision-making.
• Facilitate communication and education across technical and non-technical teams.
• Collaborate to ensure effective integration of AI solutions into products.

Requirements

• Demonstrated work experience in engineering or a related field.
• Successful track record of managing complex projects from ideation to execution.
• Strong educational background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of product management frameworks with a focus on integrating AI.
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work with large proprietary datasets to train AI models and derive insights.
• Strong aptitude for understanding and interpreting data.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with rapid prototyping, experimentation, and agile methodologies.
• Experience with AI technologies is preferred but not mandatory.
