About the position

The INR Customer Care Representative plays a crucial role in assisting patients with the Remote INR Testing Program. This position involves receiving and documenting test results from patients, troubleshooting devices, and communicating with physician offices regarding test results. The representative is expected to meet quality and performance standards while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound phone calls from patients reporting their INR test results and accurately document them in the patients' account.
  • Assist patients with ordering testing supplies.
  • Troubleshoot patient testing meters.
  • Make outbound phone calls to notify physicians' offices of out-of-range test results.
  • Meet all quality and performance standards.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED).
  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • 1+ years' call center experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Direct internet connectivity at workstation, with a speed requirement of 45+Mbps down and 2+Mbps up.
  • Experience communicating to patients in a healthcare setting (preferred).
