About the position

The Inside Account Executive for Windstream Communications is responsible for driving sales in a high-volume environment by utilizing advanced sales strategies and technology. This remote position allows for significant earning potential through competitive base pay and high commissions, while also fostering a fun and collaborative team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls in a fun sales center environment.
  • Deliver customized solutions to new and existing customers.
  • Update customer accounts through computer-based systems.
  • Maintain product and service knowledge.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or related field.
  • Experience with cold calling.
  • Willingness to gain and maintain product and service knowledge.

Nice-to-haves

  • Desire for high commissions in addition to competitive base pay.
