The Inside and Outside Sales Representative position is a dynamic role focused on presenting, promoting, and selling services to both existing and prospective customers. This role requires a proactive approach to establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The representative will be responsible for reaching out to customer leads through various means, including cold calling and emails, to generate new business opportunities. Achieving agreed-upon sales targets is a critical aspect of this position, necessitating a strong understanding of the market and customer needs. In addition to direct sales activities, the representative will coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement. Analyzing the territory and market potential is essential, as is tracking sales performance and providing management with detailed reports on customer needs and market trends. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by commission-based pay, with the expectation of working approximately 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, without weekend commitments.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Experience in Technical sales
