About the position

As an Inside Support Technician for Air-Weigh, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional telephone-based product support to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with product inquiries, training them on the use of our products, processing Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA), and conducting internal product testing. You will utilize electronic diagnostic tools and aids to effectively troubleshoot issues and provide solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Engineering team by performing alpha and beta tests for new products and software releases, ensuring that our offerings meet the highest standards of quality and functionality. In this position, you will engage with a diverse range of customers, offering guidance and support to help them maximize their experience with Air-Weigh products. Your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, will be essential in addressing customer concerns and providing clear instructions. Responsibilities

  • Provide telephone-based product support to customers.

Requirements

  • Two years of experience in installation, trucking, or electronics.
  • Ability to use a PC effectively to accomplish work tasks.
  • Experience with troubleshooting electronic systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
