About the position

At SuperATV we are working to WOW our customers with innovative, race-tested products and world-class customer service. Currently, we have an opportunity for an Inside Dealer Sales Supervisor to assist with the day-to-day operations of the Inside Dealer Sales Team and Outside Dealer Sales Group. This critical role will help continue SuperATV's growth and impact in the off-roading industry.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Inside Dealer Sales team both in Madison, IN and Shreveport, LA.
  • Support Outside Sales Representatives (OSR's)
  • Assist in IDST daily workload including working the e-mail and call line channels.
  • Establish performance goals to achieve SuperATV metrics for department employees.
  • Maintain and execute training for new / existing OSR's.
  • Drive and execute Inside Dealer Sales Team revenue generating campaigns.
  • Provide top notch customer service to the Dealer Network.
  • Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Identifying MAP (minimum advertised price) policy violations and address those violations with the Dealers.
  • Attend shows and events to represent the company as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience with a call center environment.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
  • Skilled in the Microsoft Office Suite of products.

Nice-to-haves

  • Two years of previous Sales / Supervisory experience.
