Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand and meet their event technology needs.

• Prepare quotes and associated billing, addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to align strategies and deliver seamless services.
• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of event technology solutions for clients.
• Provide on-site support during events to address issues and maintain client confidence.
• Conduct post-event follow-ups and evaluations to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in client relationship management, event coordination, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with internal teams.
• Technical aptitude or familiarity with event technology solutions is a plus.
