About the position

LUXE Windows & Doors is a prominent window and door dealership located in Los Angeles, specializing in high-end residential, single-family homes, and commercial construction projects. We are currently seeking a dedicated Field Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves traveling to various territories to meet with clients and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building long-term, trusting relationships with both prospects and current clients, which is essential for encouraging new and repeat business opportunities. As a Field Sales Representative, you will develop strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, designers, and homeowners. You will connect with key business executives and prepare estimates to facilitate the sales process. Meeting ambitious individual and team-wide sales quotas is a critical aspect of this role. A successful Field Sales Representative will collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while ensuring that our clients remain satisfied and engaged with our products and services over the long term. We are looking for someone who is deal-oriented and takes pride in providing win-win solutions for clients. You should be proactive in following up on leads and not allow competition to win over potential clients. Familiarity with reading construction plans and window and door schedules is preferred, but we are open to candidates who are eager to learn. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple assignments under time constraints. Your strong people skills and decision-making abilities will be key to your success in this role, and you should be highly committed to achieving sales excellence. This position offers the potential for unlimited commissions, as we do not cap earnings.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customers, contractors, architects, designers, and homeowners
  • Cold-call contractors, architects, designers, and developers
  • Drive to various neighborhoods, look for new projects under construction and make contacts with decision makers
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Manage prospects, metrics, and business opportunities in our CRM
  • Perform product demonstrations both in-person and at job sites with clients
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Resolve construction/installation issues quickly and effectively
  • Maintain all activities in our CRM.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot, or others) and Gmail
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and data-driven
  • Strong work ethic, sense of urgency and accountability.
